Description

Our client is a leading specialized contracting company providing a range of high quality construction services including concrete repair, water proofing and corrosion technologies We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The main purpose of the Deputy General Manager’s job is to support the General Manager in the execution of strategies and policies as approved by the Board of Directors. The Deputy General Manager implements directions for the company and oversees the operations and the development of the company Reporting Directly to: General Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Principal Accountabilities: • Reports on performance and is accountable to the GM for overall performance (financial and non-financial) • Performs the GM’s responsibilities when the GM is absent or cannot perform them • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel • Support the GM in the development and update of yearly strategic plan and budget • Executes the strategies approved by Group Vice President-Contracting
